Concr\u00e8tement, tous les tissus du corps peuvent \u00eatre reconstitu\u00e9s de cette mani\u00e8re, comme la moelle, le muscle, ou l&rsquo;\u00e9piderme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Pourquoi Bio-imprimer ?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nicolas Germain : Ici, on bio-imprime des tissus pour mener des \u00e9tudes. Dans ce cas pr\u00e9cis, il s\u2019agit de tissus canc\u00e9reux : des cellules de moelle osseuse leuc\u00e9miques. On \u00e9tudie ensuite la r\u00e9sistance de celles-ci aux traitements contre le cancer. On menait d\u00e9j\u00e0 ce genre d\u2019\u00e9tudes dans des bo\u00eetes de culture, mais la mod\u00e9lisation des cellules \u00e9tait moins fine, moins pr\u00e9cise. Les cellules adh\u00e9raient au plastique donc elles \u00e9taient moins r\u00e9sistantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La bio-impression est aussi un moyen de s\u2019affranchir des exp\u00e9riences men\u00e9es sur les animaux. La technique est innovante et elle a plein d\u2019autres utilit\u00e9s. Sauf qu\u2019au lieu d\u2019utiliser un filament de plastique, on fait usage d\u2019une bio-encre, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire d\u2019un liquide dans lequel des cellules vivantes sont incrust\u00e9es. La t\u00eate de la machine imprime ensuite en fonction de ce que lui a ordonn\u00e9 l\u2019ordinateur. \u00c7a demande beaucoup de pr\u00e9paration et de tests pour arriver au r\u00e9sultat souhait\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En quelques \u00e9tapes, voici ce que \u00e7a donne :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">On pr\u00e9l\u00e8ve les cellules dans boite contenant une pr\u00e9paration au sein de laquelle des micro-organismes peuvent se multiplier.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">On injecte environ 10 millions de cellules par millilitre de bio-encre.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une fois que les cellules sont bien r\u00e9parties dans la bio-encre, on place celle-ci dans l\u2019imprimante. C\u2019est un peu comme des cartouches d\u2019encre que l\u2019on mettrait dans une imprimante classique.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">On r\u00e8gle les param\u00e8tres : pression, vitesse, chaleur.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Et on laisse l\u2019imprimante faire le reste : elle effectue seule le calibrage et l\u2019impression.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Et si vous pouviez imprimer une cellule ou un muscle en 3D ?
